Hi, I’m Samantha—founder of Baker & Crumb Co., proud mom to the sweetest little boy, loving wife, and nurse by trade. My life has always been centered around caring for others—whether it’s in the operating room, at home with my family, or through the simple joy of a dessert made from scratch.

Baking has always been my love language. What started as quiet moments in the kitchen to unwind after long nursing shifts became a way to connect, to celebrate, and to slow down. Every cheesecake and confection you’ll find here is thoughtfully crafted with wholesome, simple ingredients, the same way I’d make them for my own family.
